Sinks Normally people only change  kitchen sinks when they install a new kitchen. However you as the customer still have the choice to pick your own make , style and quality.
Taps There are a wide variety of taps and mixers that are on the market in south Africa. Some are made locally to fit in with the local water conditions and others are manufactured abroad and imported into south Africa. There are many distributors of taps in the country ranging from very cheap , low quality to very exspensive quality assured taps and mixers.
Valves There are many shut off/ isolator valves on the market and one can choose between the local manufactured and the imported type depending on preference.

Welcome to Holleys Plumbing

What to do when your geyser bursts?

This will normally happen at 3am in the morning, on a public holiday or over a long weekend. Such is life

First thing to do is to SWITCH OFF WATER SUPPLY. It is very important to know where your shut off valve is. A few pictures of shut off valves are shown:

These shut off valves are normally by the kitchen outside wall or if you have a water meter it should be just before or after the water meter. Failing that there could be a shut off valve either on another wall- take a walk along the outside wall of the house to check for one- or right on the inlet to the geyser

{If you can get to the geyser this will be the best option as it still leaves you with cold water to the rest of the house}

Holley's Plumbing's Background

Welcome to the most honest, reliable and on time plumbing company in South Africa!!!

We hope you enjoy your visit to our user friendly website and look forward to being of service to you.

Holley's Plumbing was originally opened in Zimbabwe in 1999.  Due to the political climate there we moved operations to Johannesburg, South Africa in 2003 and haven't look back since.

We have not advertised our service in 5 years and have worked on a word of mouth system since our first year in business.  It is only now that we have opened a website to firstly give back to our customers by informing them of products and giving them helpful information and secondly to increase our customer base to accommodate the loyal staff we have who are now capable and qualified to run their own crew.

Holleys Plumbing is registered with the institute of plumbing IOPSA. A number of our plumbers are registered with the plumbing industry registration board PIRB. This helps you the customer as you can easily trace our track record as a company as well as know what our crews are qualified to perform their jobs correctly.

As we value our relationship with our customers we thought we would bring a few of our partners and suppliers onto our website so that you, the most important part of our business, can see which quality products we use and recommend. You can also view the various products and tell us what you need repaired and/or replaced. You may even order your new products on line and we will bring it to your door step with a quote to install.
